ELOKA Realty started with a simple observation: buying, selling, renting, financing, and managing property in India all happen through different vendors, different paperwork, and different points of contact — even though it's all the same transaction from the customer's point of view. We built one platform, one CRM, and one set of role-based portals so that buyers, owners, tenants, agents, builders, and channel partners are all working off the same data, not six disconnected spreadsheets.
