Run performance campaigns and SEO for ELOKA Realty's property, project, and builder verticals, and report on lead quality back to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- •Plan and run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for builder projects
- •Own on-page SEO for property and project listing pages
- •Manage social media content calendar and WhatsApp/email campaigns
- •Report weekly on lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion quality
Requirements
- •2-4 years in digital marketing, ideally in real estate or another high-ticket vertical
- •Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools
- •Comfortable working with CRM-attributed lead data
